1. Returns

We accept returns for eligible products within 30 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

  • The product must be in resellable condition

Please note: Items returned without authorization may not be accepted or refunded.


2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Note: Shipping fees and any applicable restocking fees are non-refundable.


3. Exchanges

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at TryHavora@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or exchange at no additional cost to you.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Clearance or final sale products

  • Gift cards

  • Intimate or hygienic products (if applicable)
